What proof of service will I receive?
Depending on the document and the court's requirements, you'll receive a Certificate of Service, a Statement of Service, or a sworn Affidavit of Service. As independent process servers we provide this documentation to you to file with the court; we do not file it on your behalf.
Can someone avoid or hide from a process server?
A respondent has no obligation to make themselves available and some do try to avoid service. In practice this rarely helps them: our servers are persistent and experienced with evasive respondents, and where personal service still can't be achieved, the court can permit alternative or substituted service. Proceedings do not simply end because someone avoids being served.
Do you serve documents outside Manchester?

Both. Many of our instructions come from law firms, but we regularly act for businesses, landlords and private individuals, including litigants in person handling their own matters. You'll get the same professional service and court-compliant proof either way.
